The world class research-intensive universities of the N8 Research Partnership form a ‘Golden Octagon’ in the North of England. Powered by collaboration with business and local and combined authorities we are engines of economic growth and creators of highly skilled jobs where these are most urgently needed.
With our combined strengths and track record of collective action, we are uniquely placed to help the Government deliver its missions, to unlock investment and grow the innovation economy in the North of England.
It is well established that research and innovation spur economic growth, unlock investment and create jobs.
